What is POMS?
DSI's Program Office Management Solution (POMS) enables your Agency's program office to effectively plan and track its unique budgeting and acquisition strategy information while quickly linking actions across the program planning process. POMS supports collaborative program planning, program funding, requisitioning, external and internal sourcing and provides increased visibility into contract office activities.
